This is one of the most beautiful treks that combine easy walking with majestic scenery and a mix of cultures. Here, you will see the various native communities of the land, such as the Magar, Thakali and Gurung.
The trail goes across moraines and reaches Annapurna Sanctuary, from where you will see amazingly beautiful imagery of the serene surroundings.
It takes you through scenic villages, rich oak, pine and rhododendron forests and affords you spectacular views of the giant snow-peaks of Annapurna I (8019m), Annapurna III (7555m), Gangapurna (7454m) and Machhapuchchhre (6999m).
Mingma Gelu Sherpa is a mountaineer and entrepreneur. He has summited Mt. Everest 8 times. He is also the first Nepali to summit Mt. Elbrus in Russia. He has been on the mountains since his youth, coming from the Makalu region, and working on mountain expeditions since the age of 14.
